Why does the city gov't waste money on the sign that I am all sure you have seen: Caution Handicapped Child? Wouldn't you be able to use less caution? A) The poor kid is going to take a day and a half to actually make it out into the street or B) They will be flailing away trying to run like a normal person and be very easy to spot.

It is the normal Child's that we need to be looking out for!

Some special needs individuals don't have the ability to understand the consequences of their choices.
For an example they may dart into the street even though they can plainly see a vehicle approaching.
