cutting and pasting

i'm one of those that don't know how. want to cut and paste a providers enail and web in a review of a provider i saw yesterday

To select a email address, highlight the address by using the left button on your mouse, by keeping the button pressed, start from the first letter, then go across the entire address, keeping the button pressed, once you get to the last letter, release the button, then place the curser on the highlighted area, it should still be highlighted, right click choose copy, then go to the spot you wish to paste this and simply right click, choose paste and it will paste for you.

To select a link, just right click on the link, choose copy link location, then go to where you want to paste it, then right click then choose paste.

If you are unable to right click and copy after highlighting,

simultaneously select "CTRL" and the "C" buttons. This command is copy.

Then click your pointer where you want to insert the info and simultaneously select "CTRL" and the "V" buttons. This command is Paste

I'm thinking some one needs ta buy some time from a provider to work on his mouse skills.
