So I'm thinking late this year or sometime next year I'd like to try an outside the US experience. I hate long travel so was thinking Dominician republic but am more than open to other areas. Just trying not to have to spend a fortune on airfare.

Basically I want to be treated like a piece of meat by multiple women. Doing a basic search I see a ton of adult resorts but not true independents. Prices in DR showed at abt 170 for two hrs 500 for 4 hrs but the real question is are the girls nice looking and gfe types for that price. Go where it is legal, and the government actually works at keeping it safe. Most of Europe fits that profile. The Dominican Republic shares an island with Haiti - a genuine 3rd world country with rampant 3rd world problems. I know you said you hate the long travels, but, I had a friend recently go to Manila. He said he went walking around on the streets most evenings and found a bajillion street walkers selling their goods for 500 Philipino pesos (about $13) for anything you wanted for all evening. I am sure there is some haggling once you agree to a 'date' but whats an extra 100 Philipino Pesos. He also said that some of them looked very young and that just makes me sad

I may have to visit here one day if I don't spend too much money on Double Trouble!

Go North my friend. Go to Canada. Check out the scene in any major city. I have hobbied in Montreal and Vancouver. I have another hobby friend who visits Niagara and loves it. It seems like Niagara might offer some less expensive options.

As for the ladies, they are smoking. You may have to hunt and spend some time on boards to find the low cost options that CR or DR offer but you will have less of an issue with language and no concerns over the stability of the country.
