We fake it a lot more than you'd think. It always makes me laugh when I read a guy say "No, I could tell she wasn't faking." hahahahaha. This is not to say that we don't genuinely have real orgasms with clients or boyfriends, but some of you aren't as amazing as we make it sound like you are

I have had a few providers (2 that I KNOW of have a real orgasm. There are two ways I can tell. 1 . When I am having intercourse and a warm liquid suddenly surrounds my dick. 2. When FIV and I either see or feel a squirt. Sometimes i can tell with FIV by the same method as #1, a warm liquid surrounds my finger (They are both about the same size! Ha! Ha!)
