Motel 6 on 360 & Randel Mill (?) is clean and well maintained. $40 a night.

If you are looking for an afternoon encounter a lot of the motels offer a special daytime rate. Then you can have the room for about 4 - 6 hours for around $40. I even got the jacuzzi room at the Best Western at the NE mall for a special day rate.
