I put three hundred dollars down and there has never been a question on service. This is an absolute bargain considering the quality of the provider and prices at studios today.

Yes, I agree my experience was probably a one-off situation. Maybe she was tired it was at the end of the day and they originally said she wasn't available.

Overpaying.. since Best Massage I’ve been leaving 250 and had no problem. And 320 (studio) to 300 is not a bargain

A full payment goes a long way towards VIP service and treatment. If you are short on cash of coarse it makes sense to pay this minimum

I agree with JohnDough that one can get very good standard service for a lower or negotiated price and I agree the prices he quoted will be adequate. Just like there is difference between a standard airline frequent flyer and one with executive platinum status, customers that negotiate lower prices get standard service not VIP level of service.
