Default Biden Ponders Preemptive Pardons……What The Fuck??

Talk about coving all your bases.Washington rumors are that Biden is going to issue “preemptive pardons” for those that might find themselves in the cross hairs of the Trump Justice Department.

His brother Jim is probably first on the list.

Smart move . Trumpfs whole shtick is revenge and jailing his opponents.
This non stop going after the other side has to end. No real governing is getting done.
Biden by law has the right to do this.
Both sides need to stop weaponizing govt agencies to go after rivals.

... No worrys, mate. ... There will be NO "Blanket" pardons.
The pardons are gonna need to be SPECIFIC.
And NOT - "I pardon Bambino for any and all crimes that
he might have done over the last fifteen years... blah blah.."

OR - "I pardon Mr. Chung for any and all crimes that he MAY
do over the rest of his life... blah blah."

... CAN'T give out Blanket pardons on people who
haven't been charged or prosecuted for things yet.

And yer Supreme Court will surely AGREE with me on this.

If he would do blanket pardons for some it would basically be confirmation Biden’s DOJ committed lawfare

You mean “alleged” lawfare. IMHO, 60+ court challenges to a failed election bid is lawfare. A billion dollar suit against an unfavorable media outlet is lawfare.

Pity he won’t pardon Trumpf. He belongs in jail for his crimes against this country.

And it’s obvious from all the outrage that the MAGAs only want revenge. Somebody musta called them names.

This move would deny them some of their pitchfork and torches moments.

Go Joe!

PS - Salty. The Supreme Court already approved this when they ruled in favor of complete presidential immunity. You can pull out your crying towel now. Of course your political insiders may want to share it with you. LOLLING!

And I've read he's considering one for Fauci... now why would HE need a pardon? What crimes did he potentially commit?

lol

He should issue preemptive pardons for most or all on this list unless Trump, Bondi and Patel commit not to go after perceived political enemies.

WTF? Bill Barr? Pat Cipollone? Does he want to go after every lawyer who gave Trump intelligent advice?

Fauci probably has the same influence peddling scheme going as the Biden’s.

“Don’t worry Xi, as long as the checks keep coming, I will do my part in convincing America that Covid IS NOT a Chinese product.”

Interesting you guys are anti people being held responsible for being criminals, yet pro going after those who aren’t.

I’m against the idea of an official enemies list. Of people being targeted for investigation by a narcissistic man baby just for doing their jobs.

The MAGA party doesn’t take kindly to perceived disloyalty. That’s why so many Anti Trump republicans have seen their political careers falter.

But there is a difference between being voted out of office or losing a job at a republican institution and being targeted for investigation and harassment by a government agency that my taxes help pay for.
