Theres nothing complicated in terms of how to take them. Creatine simply increases ATP up-regulation. NO however does not promote any sort of hypetrophy. I obviously understand what these products are "meant" to do... What they actually do usually falls very short.
An increased pump from NO products does not result in better gains in the gym.
Your obviously a "natural/beginner" athlete judging by your picture (no offense intended) , the only time any sort of blood saturation in a muscle would result in a proliferation of nutrient uptake is if you are heavily saturated with anabolics, IGF, and is achieved through the use of insulin.
I won't ever waste my time with a NO product junk nor any of the other competitors I know.
As far as the age thing, you understand your body produces the equivelant of 65-85mg of testosterone per week. Usually 80-90mg per week in your teen years. This is a nominal amount. I stay on around 1,000mg per week year round minimum. Your natural amount and the age thing really isn't as big of a deal as most people make it out to be. Once your natural levels decline you will be in the 45-60mg range. If I don't notice a difference between 1,000mg and 2,000mg the chances of you noticing a 20mg drop isn't going to happen
