"Biden willfully retained" marked and unmarked classified documents at his home.

This "risked serious damage to America's national security"

Yet Biden will not be charged because well two systems of justice and the Special Counsel found he is an old senile idiot who can't remember what he is doing - literally.

The Special Counsel Robert Hur report into President Biden found he "wilfully retained and disclosed classified materials.” Further, he has significant cognitive issues & "did not remember when he was vice-president" & forgot when his term ended.

The DOJ has effectively declared that the current President of the United States is not mentally fit to stand trial.

Senile Biden was on record admitting the info "probably was classified."
