Desperation in the midst of a crisis of middle management. None of the branches can retain an O3-O6 regardless of offering huge bonuses.

What this is doing is the exact opposite of what has produced a strong, cohesive military since there were militaries. “Being Yourself” is exactly what military training tries to strip from a person, and replace it with the idea that nothing is more important than the team, including your own life. This is why we wear uniforms, for uniformity.

The navy has always been the butt (pun intended) of gay jokes, but this is next level stupidity. They’re looking to kill the country’s last bastion of meritocracy. The losses will never be reclaimed by recruiting a bunch of trannys, nor should it be.

NNAPOLIS, MD — As part of its push for diversity and inclusiveness in recruitment, the United States Navy has announced that it will provide unlimited Bud Light for all new recruits. The Navy hopes this offer will entice recruits with an even broader range of alternative lifestyles to join the service.

"This offer will entice exactly the type of recruits we're looking for," said Rear Admiral Alexis "Lex" Walker, who runs Navy Recruiting Command.
