Trying to contact her 2 times, first time we agree to meet at 5:30, after I arrived she didn’t respond any more, after 3hrs she told me her flight was delayed, she could meet tomorrow at 10am, I agreed and showed up at 10am she didn’t respond her phone anymore.

It doesn't matter if she wants you to come back. If her plane was delayed, she could have texted. So she sets up another time and ghosts you again. You do what you did and tell everyone. Then move on.
