Second time seeing Katia in a couple of weeks, so, I will keep this short and just point to the "improvements" in service (that I perceived) and differences. The repeat session was even better than my first one (which was no less in any way). It seems like she really values repeat clients. Excellent TCB and keeping touch (to the extent that I had wanted/responded) between the my first and this session. Even better IOP, and conversation this time. I clearly went way over time (of which I was being mindful), but she said she no other appointments that day and was totally relaxed about it; I know this is not typical, and will take it as my good luck that day.
She is definitely one of my favorites!
