That is a good reason. I thought the moderator could add the missing info. They have done that in the past.
The moderators should remove the old deficient review to clean up the board, but they probably won’t.

The op should be able to edit the review for more than 30 minutes. That “rule” serves no purpose in protecting anyone or anything.
