Tacos downtown

I’m in town 6th and 7th looking for the best tacos in Austin. Can someone point me in the right direction?

One taco behind little woodrows on W. 6th is good. I like the chicken tacos.

If stuck downtown then yeah I second One Taco. They are a bit pricy in my opinion, but they alright. There’s also Taquero Mucho nearby on West and 6th street (going like 3 blocks west from One Taco), but I think this place is overrated. Food is like canned beans and rice, but well that’s an option.

If you have way to get around, Riverside is bit south not too far and there’s a slew of much better taco trucks that also cheaper. Rositas Al Pastor is my favorite there. Tacorrido is also a good one which is on the way there. El Taquito is also good but expensive for what you get.
