Barr and McConnell came around. McConnell's wife was the first Trump cabinet member to resign on account of the shit storm that's happened since the election.

As to Lindsey Graham and Josh Hawley, I agree with you and reddog.

There were 147 Republican Representatives in the House who voted not to accept election results. That's flabbergasting, and sad. McConnell and most of the Senate Republicans in the end did the right thing.

Trump didn't change suddenly after the election. He has been the same unfit fraud since he took office. They all made a deal with the devil to stock the court system and their chickens came home to roost. I don't give Barr or McConnell any credit at all for an 11th hour attempt to salvage their reputations.


Hawley and Cruz are fools. They both are eyeing a run for the White House in 2024 and everything they have done since the election was an attempt to get the backing of Trump's base. I am sure they had no idea that Trump's base was going to shrink so much in one day.
