Default Coconut oil

I read somewhere that it makes a great lube. The problem is it somehow breaks down the condo material. But I still use it for back rubs and other types of rubs and makes everything so soft and slippery. I highly recommend it just make sure you don’t get the one that smells like coconuts because it’s not a pleasant smell. So just get the cheap stuff in a big jar at Walmart Then you can also cook with it use it his hair conditioner and use it on your skin swish it around in your mouth to kill bacteria it has a lot of amazing benefits

Suzanna is correct about cooking.
A neutral taste, less omega 6 than other cooking oils, and nice for high heat frying (high smoke point).
Yeah I can cook.

Canola Oil (AKA Rape Seed Oil) is also a good lubricant. Now , let's see who makes the first joke about that. The name was changed because the women would not purchase the stuff under the real name.

It's actually "rapeseed" oil (no space) but yes the name could certainly come across offensive. LOL

I can tell by your correction that you looked it up on the net: that is what I found too when I went for a review of how the acid was removed from the oil. However, the seeds that are processed into oil are from the Rape plant; thus, it was spelled Rape Seed when I was in involved with oil research. (many years ago). The request to the government to call it something else was made because no woman would purchase an oil called Rape Oil. A lot of the yellow flowered plants cover the country side in England. The food use came only after it was learned how to remove the acid from the oil. Without that there is a problem with the oil being toxic to ingest.

Kinds like the also cashew nut being toxic until cooked. Raw cashew nuts are never sold to the public, even though I have seen them advertised. Nope! Also, they are related to poison ivy.

Don't ask for much more, I have been out of the edible oil business for over 50 years. It was fun, while it lasted.

Yeah I can cook.
The high smoke point and flavor added make it a great choice for making popcorn.
