You need more school than a tax lawyer to post on this site, that's about an 18 page link, my guess,not sure why you wouldn't get credit for an excellent first review

Well, do you direct everyone that writes a review that gets PA credit to examples of how to get PA credit? No, you do that when someone submits a review that you don't accept. Hence it seemed to imply that you were saying his wasn't accepted, at least initially. Especially since your link said it was to reports that "would" earn PA credit, further implying that this one wouldn't. Also, who is to say he didn't just buy PA? Writing reviews isn't the only way to get it. So maybe it's less that we're not "very" observant and more that you didn't convey your thoughts "very" clearly.

My post was about the generalization that you made that I only post the link when a Encounter Report did not qualify for PA Credit. - Nothing else.
