I was thinking about contacting her myself but the picture and voice verification turned me off. I can make a phone call if needed but I don't send pictures. Maybe someone can key me in on why a picture matters anyway. You have no idea who the person is so how do you know if the picture there sending is of them to begin with?

NM, I guess its to verify that the person they are communicating with is the person who shows up. But who else would it be? I dont really get it either.
