there are no simple answers, and it depends on many factors. time has different levels of importance to individual guys. all said, it looks like you got a great session, squeezed into a smaller time slice than you expected

Thanks for your input CT. There's not a lot to say here, I paid for an hour and did not get an hour or even close to an hour of service. It's that simple. Two pops, activities, etc. thats all just part of the review. They're not why I gave a no for a recommendation as stated in my last sentence. I am not sure what your implication was with that last sentence though. I was never anything but respectful, I did not coerce her to do anything she didn't want, and did not treat her badly. She even told me she liked me and though I was cute which is why I was so confused to be let out early.

I also appreciate the honest review -- and CT and BB's as well as OP's comments above -- and consider it a teachable moment for this new provider to take care to know the length of the session (half-hour vs hour), to avoid miscommunication, and definitely not to short anyone time, and for the spa to improve its customer service as well.

It seems possible that this was a miscommunication/misunderstanding of whether it was a half-hour or an hour session (she speaks no English and is completely new to this country and its currency). If OP mentioned the situation and the shorted time to the management, they should have offered IMHO an apology and a refund, a discount on a future session, a partial or full makeup session, etc. (It will be interesting to see whether and how they do so, either with this customer in particular or generally).

Personally, I strongly agree with the OP's positive view of COLA's skills and services, especially her "true DT" (which accords with that of the others I've communicated with about her as well): I consider her one of my very top favorites at the moment (I'd put her service right up there with such stellar providers as Red from there, and Vicky and Scarlett from Blue -- though people will vary as to how they'd evaluate such an upper echelon on the basis of subjective factors).

I think you misunderstood me. It was just one. Hell even if she had just sat there with me motionless for the last 15 minutes I probably would have given a yes for a recommendation. It's the fact that I was told to leave so early that miffed me.

You did not address the session time length. Did you pay for an hour, or for 30 minutes? I'm surprised you didn't answer earlier. That makes all the difference, obviously.

Sorry for not making it clear but I definitely did pay for an hour which she counted in front of me which makes me doubt there was any misunderstanding. As for that last part, I definitely would not have been satisfied since I was absolutely up for another pop but it would've been enough for a recommendation.
