So, are they closing them down or just fines? In Houston they went after specific women named on ECCIE and other boards. Scared the girls in to leaving town.

And the key point NOT LICENSED
Manasan is well know to some of us

Once they pull their license that gives the city a legit reason to close them down, pull their CO and possibly prosecute them. Hands On was already under fire from the neighborhood and tenants. The smart play is to pay the fine, close up, walk away and start over in another town...

Hands On has a current establishment license... for now.


Shana's LMT license expired over a year ago.



I'd guess they will revoke her establishment license next based upon the nature of the complaint.

The key in some towns has been not to advertise “massage”...get an adult entertainment license for “body rub”....and have signs all over the place stating not professional massage...

Rumor has it this is an ongoing investigation being conducted by the feds involving many others including many others
If u have any doubts contact tdlr all they will say is that investigation is ongoing and no comment

Tdlr was the one that said no comment, not me, all they said is that there is an ongoing federal investigation and no further comments.
