He should a given a NO to the one he used for a reference not the provider he wanted to see.

One thing he could have done was to contact his reference and made her aware he needed a reference from her and to also tell her which provider would be contacting her for a confrontation.

This isn’t a review and should be removed. A no is hardly warranted because you can’t pass muster. I’ve known her from day 1. She’s not perfect but this is all your fault, not hers. You admit in your post the inadequacy of your attempt to screen. Total BS to push this off on her. I’ve sent it to the mods.

The Mods don't see on this board regularly or on a daily basis. Hence the OP's thread is still here on the review section. Forum guidelines violations
