Ralph and Kakoo's
I'm going to be in Bossier City tonight and tomorrow night! I used to eat at Ralph and Kakoo's, I was wondering if it still is a good place to eat?

I haven’t been there in four or five years. But my impression then was it was fair. Not as good as it was 20 years ago, but edible. They’re both a bit more casual than R&K, but I’d recommend Herby-K’s and Marilynn's Place in its stead.

Thanks for the info! Yeah it's been at least 15 years since I've ate there.

Id agree with TushHog Its probably not what it used to be.. but worth an experience. I would also recommend crawdaddys in South Shreveport. Kims Seafood on Youree/ Texas and Benton. Blind Tiger. These are a few Cajun Seafood Creole restaurants. Id say Sams, Horseshoe and Margaritaville have good seafood as well depending on the night on casino row. Sorry Didn't realize this was posted earlier Im sure you've decided on something by the time of this post.

Thanks for the responses! I ate at Jack Binion's. It was really good. It would have been better if I would have had a provider respond back. Oh well!

Yes I hear bunions is a nice experience also. Yeah things are slow here in the Shreveport market several different factors that come into play there. Which nobody really has the answers to fix. Enjoy your stay here in SBC
