Well I can’t speak for others but in my case, they are reviews from TER and Eccie that were stolen and posted attributing them to an entirely different author.

Three separate profiles have been created for me there none with my permission.

Any site that steals content is pretty quickly exposed on the more reliable sites.
Basically any site is as good as any other these days, just depends on what you want.
