Private Tags - How do you do it?

Can someone please educate how to use "Private Tags"?

I received a warning for responding to a thread without selecting "Private Tags", but for the life of me, I don't see anything anywhere on the site that allows you to select this, when you are quoting a thread.

????? How does that work, then?


NOTE: I do see the "Private" flag when you are using the "quick reply" option, but NOT when you are Quoting.

highlight it and then click on private

don't you need to click private first then type between the 2 "privates"
