Twitter for hobbying use - good, bad, tips, etc.,?
How many here use twitter for hobbying purposes, and how do you do so?
I've never used it, don't have an account - but then recently read about someone using it for hobbying.
Any comments/recommendations/tips, etc,. are welcome.

Twitter is a nice platform because they aren't going to shut down without notice lol.
Photos are easier to share/post.
Communication is easy.
You get to know the personality of the playmate you are dreaming about.
I am a fan.

In general, Twitter seems to be filled with HOs who have too high of an opinion of themselves and is not hobbyist friendly. Most have lots of hoops to jump through. There are no reviews or easy way to exchange hofo so a hobbyist is basically flying blind
Obviously there are exceptions but I have not come across many

Honestly, it made it no big deal that the sites were down in my area. It also opens up a fun dialog between hobbyists and Ladies. Sugaring, findom, tipping, pic sales, clips for sale, gifts, and spoiling are much more prevalent on there. It's wonderful. I got cash app because of it.

You must have missed the memo.
Slobbyists no longer welcome.
Reviews are 69% bullshit. And the other 31% is exaggerated.
Why would anyone rely on reviews?
You wanna read about how guys brag about their perception of the session?
Folks have hoops and screen for SAFETY.

Sorry but I doubt you find many if any hobbyists on this board who are looking for any of that. People are looking for in person encounters. Maybe some of the cuckolds from TOS who can't live outside their comfort zone get off buying pics or just handing money over but those would be few and far between on this board.

See the too high opinion of themselves. And this is a review site - go ahead and tell everyone here reviews are meaningless. This isn't TOS with their fantasy reviews.
But lets go to twitter for more examples:

LOL "findom"...sounds like a great time. Wow. Not my cup of tea but hey if you can find someone that likes that, good for you!
I'd prefer a in-person encounter, but if the pics and clips for sale can help heighten the anticipation of such an encounter, I'm all for it.

Check out my Twitter I went on a Vegas trip with a eccie/switter/Twitter/411/tos Gent
For 2 1/2 days and posted pics. Lovely time with a lovely Gent. It's more cream of the crop types like on 411. Eccie has turned into bp behavior. The whole impromptu trip came about from a 2 day convo there about poker and us both having nothing to do after 4pm on Christmas. I couldn't even be naughty on Christmas. I recently had surgery and posted pics of the bouquets I received from Twitter Gents.

Twitter is fun, and a lot of ladies can advertise their availability there as well as pictures and fun teasers.
And I also agree that it won't be shutdown without some notice, I don't advertise but I do enjoy chatting with new and old friends, sharing stories and I retweet every ladies ads so they get more exposure.
And.. much to my surprise,
So far I've only been blocked by one person....
I see the advantages of it.
As far as over inflated opinions, after being on the boards for some time I can see why the ladies feel the need to make some statements about it.
All in all though.
I've never seen more of a sense of entitlement than I do on hobby boards from hobbyists.
I don't see that on Twitter.

Thanks for all the input so far.
I see that some people hate it, some people love it-sounds like bp/eccie/CL/Indys/everything else in teh world also.
I'm hoping for a 'Intro to hobbying on twitter' for newbies who have never used it.
So maybe some specific examples:
1) How do you find providers on twitter? I'm assuming there's not a 'tag', - is there a section or something similar for services?
2) Are the interactions basically 'following' an individual provider's account? Similar to having their website info, except more real-time, apparently some discussion, etc.,?
3) So from a hobbyist perspective - do you keep a running list of accounts that you follow, and then DM to see if anyone you're interested in is available?
4) General comments -how is it different from a hobbyists perspective? How do you do any research on whether a girl gives a good session?
5) Is screening by providers where they ask for your real-life info more prevalent/standard on twitter? I saw someone post this and a bunch of people seemed to approve. That's a deal-breaker for me personally, but curious ot know if that's the case. (see example I'll post below the questions).
Anyways - hope to open a discussion, hope some people with experience are interested in sharing hte info.
Thanks,
C.

Well as I think you will see, the ladies like twitter - most guys don't. That is because there are much more hoops to jump through on twitter for guys and there is no accountability for providers - aka no review system, etc

There is no standard - it is hit or miss. Generally I would try searching for certain key words - say I was going to Tampa - I would search with some variation of "Tampa Escort GFE Companion ECCIE, etc. " Pick a couple different variations and sort

Yes, you can follow an account, they may post pics on occassion. As to interaction, remember it will be public unless you use DMs. It is really no different than interaction here

I have only used it out of town in areas where I did not have a good reliable review board / source

This is the biggest difference. There are no reviews. There is no way for the hobbyist to do any research on her sessions from other hobbyists unless you can track it down yourself on some separate review board. You are basically flying blind

Yes - The vast majority on twitter have very extensive screening, including real world info and some also require prepaid deposits

I got my ass chewed for to many filthy details on one review. She just wanted me to use the review to say the pictures were her yes. And not be to detailed about our time well spent.
