my last time there, a year ago, I was stuck in parking lot traffic near the exit.. a car load of (seemingly) illegals backed up and hit my car.. the driver jumped out, apologizing.. he caught a break, because he hit me in a spot that showed no damage to my car, but clear damage to his. I damn sure wasn't going to call the Cops for a police report, wait another hour or whatever.
he probably had no legal papers, and no insurance. I accepted his apology and let it go. Fucker drove like he had too many Dos Equis on that Pavilion.
