Deacon, this is where you show how stupid you truly are. Palin didn't know what the fuck she was talking about, which really isn't that different from yourself. The examples you gave are examples of misspeaking. When Bush said "misunderestimate" or the OB/GYN reference and their love of women, those too are examples of misspeaking and not a barometer of intellect. Not knowing about Paul Revere, but trying to bullshit like you do is another example of her stupidity. Not being able to name what newspapers she reads...that's because the dumb fuck didn't read newspapers. I bet she had a subscription to Cosmo and Vogue though.

Hey, don't knock Cosmo, they have some good sex "advice" articles and Vogue.....well, its filled with fashion, jewelry, perfume, purses and shoes. All of my favs.

Sarah Palin is even more incorrect than she thinks. Paul Revere was captured before he could make his ride. William Dawes was the one who made it. But the poem didn't work with "Listen my children and you shall hear of the midnight ride of William Dawes."

If we're talking about misspeaking, how about VP Bite-me, who once asked a parapelgic to stand up and be recognized at a campaign stop. All politicians have been known for "trying to bullshit" like they know what they are talking about - take Obamacare, for example; or knowning that the fifty-seven states probably included "Deseret" (Utah) or "Frankland" (Tennessee).

In all honesty, Palin, Gingrich, Trump have too much baggage to become serious challengers. Huntsman is the "darling" of the MSM because he's just like McCain (a RINO) - making him seem almost TGTBT during the primaries then the worst kind of GOP during the general election. But, if the economy continues to decline like it is, it won't matter who wins the GOP nomination - they'll probably win in a walk - just for "hope and change".
