It's like that $5 fee (pole tax) that the State of Texas passed that requires all strip clubs to charge everyone who enters their establishment and the $5 goes to a victims of sexual assault funds.
Many strip club owners got together and sued and lost so the $5 fee is reinstated but I have never once asked to pay that.
Even during the day when many strip clubs don't have a cover charge, they should still collect that $5 fee.
Even if you are a VIP member of a club and you don't pay a cover charge at anytime, you are still supposed to pay that $5 fee.
I also been told by door girls at 3 different strip clubs that even if you have a no cover pass, you still have to pay the $5.
But as I've said, I have never paid it.
So has many of you.
You go to Baby Dolls during the day and the cover is $3.
Technically it should be $8.
Or you go to Bucks during the day and there is no cover before 5 pm or 6 pm?
Technically it should be $5.

According to these, the strip clubs have to pay that $5 retroactively out of their own pockets in the amount of millions of dollars.
