Over the years I've been with several ladies that can and do squirt, both providers and non-providers.
It seems to vary. On at least 2 occasions, it surprised the lady as much as it did me, and neither of us had any idea what I did that caused it.
Other ladies, ones who know they can/do squirt can usually tell you pretty much exactly how to help them do it. It's a little different for each woman. It's all about finding that magic spot, on the anterior (front) vaginal wall, (known as the "G" spot) and applying just the right combination of pressure and movement, usually with your fingers.
That troublesome spot is in a slightly different place on each woman, sometimes closer to the vaginal entrance, sometimes further in. Once you know what you are feeling for, you can usually feel it with your fingers, it's a slightly spongy, soft, engorged feeling place, it has a different texture to it than the rest of the vaginal canal. I've had at least one woman tell me that her G-spot has moved to different locations over the years.
Finding it does not guarantee that you can make her squirt, like I said, it's different for each woman.
I'm no sex-god or anything, but I am not afraid to ask a woman what she likes and how to do it, and I listen pretty well.
I have one particular provider that I see pretty often who squirts (and orgasms) quicker, easier and harder than any woman I have ever met. I've know others that I was able to make squirt once or twice, but never again, despite a lot of trying.
It's actually pretty freaking amazing. The female anatomy is fascinating.
