Hello Gentleman,

This is my first time really posting to ask anything so I don't expect to many answers but the ones I do get will be greatly appreciated.

I am thinking about starting to take payments at the front desk instead of fees being given in the rooms. This is strictly for the girls and I need to know if this might hurt my business or I will get the "gentlemans attitude", understanding that it is safer for the girls and insuring that they get ALL of their fee.

Why not have your girls ask the clients that already see you & go from there. I think you would get better feedback from your already established clients.

no one should be able to view the payment of fees. Just the lady and the client.

Those that know you or the ladies may be more flexible when it comes to this. Those that do not, will probably not go for it.

I know a # of men who have seen your ladies and they all have been very complimentary. Not sure that I would suggest this at this time. If the money is an issue then ask the lady to collect it in the room first. I do not like that either but it is better than at a desk out front.

Not a customer and the thought of pre-payment at a front desk (to me) creates the image of an impersonal commercial enterprize.

I would think there would be a tactful way for the ladies to insure all requirements were complied with during the first few minutes.

This is dangerously close to a pre-pay arrangement which is not good. I've never been to the establishment but if this was the policy I would have serious doubts of the place.

I've been there many times and enjoyed it. I think the first time, you or Ryan pointed me to the dish on the table as you took me to the room and simply asked me to place the donation there. That was fine. Paying at the front wouldn't bother me now, but might've put me off a bit on one of my first visits.

(Now, if y'all start offering L2, you could ask me to pay in the parking lot and I'd still come back, but that's another story.

As others have said, if I were an established, satisfied customer it would be OK. As a new customer, I would probably leave, expecting to either have a B&S or upselling.

I am curiuous, what is the "gentlemans attitude"? Guess I am just not a gentleman or I would already know.

I've visited a couple of L1-only places in Houston several times over the years. Standard operating procedure there is for you to make the donation before she leaves the room to allow you to "get comfortable." (Any negotiations for services above and beyond what's usual need to take place at this time. Most of the time, you'll be unsuccessful, but upgrades are not unheard of.) She disappears for what seems like an eternity, and I presume she's counting and allocating the cash, before she returns and the session begins.

I've never had a problem with that, because the places are long-established and I know the drill.

I'd walk out if asked to pay at the front desk and in the open for all to see. I suppose if you're looking for other customers to suddenly be converted into involutary 'witnesses' then it's a smart thing to do. Afterall, all a prosecutor would have to do is ask whether or not Mr. __________ observed money being exchanged to establish the first level of a case.

Well, first I'd have to agree that any exchange of funds in the lobby is just a little too public for my tastes. I also have a little different perspective than has been offered so far - I tip. My tip may be different for different ladies and different sessions. I'd just as soon one girl not know what I'm tipping the other girl. Now, it may be fantasy to think that the ladies don't share such info with each other, but I'd prefer to think that what I tip each lady is not public knowledge amongst the others. Paying in the lobby means I have to pay twice - too much like an amp.

So am I to infer that some dudes are short-paying your ladies. Just point'em out - I may have to kick... well you know.

Gentlemans attitude would just be courtesy of not giving me an attitude or being rude, Which you could imagine we get a few of those kind of guys

But I am sure you are not one seeing how you politely replied to my thread. Thank you for that Torito!

As for everyone else, Thank you as well for your advice and it certainly did make my decision a ton easier! We will certainly keep it in the privacy of each room
