The Next Big Fail For The Democrats

The Democrats just set a record in spending for a single Congressional Seat, which resulted in giving the Republicans another victory.

The next big shoe to drop will be when Special Council Mueller, after an extensive investigation, will come back with the opinion that President Trump has done nothing wrong.

Just in time for the 2018 Mid Terms, where Democrats will have to explain why they wasted so much time and money for no other reason than Hillary lost the 2016 Presidential Election.

If that theory were correct, the Republicans would have gotten waxed in 2016 when the GOP wasted all that time on Clinton.

It is always about the economy. That is the only way the Dems claw back. Imho.

what you and the lame stream media and the upper east siders and Hollywood don't get is (ok a little harsh, I understand why you don't get anything):

a big contributing reason trump won is because all that time on Clinton and all of Obama's abuses of the law and nothing happened showed Americans the corruption of government- all these things happened and the dims skated free

that is juxtaposed to the nothingness of this "investigation" in search of a crime, any crime

Someone tell the idiot that regardless of what Congress discovered or what Hillary said, the majority of the country thought she was guilty of something and most think she should be in prison. With how totally bias Muller is (being a long time friend of Comey), i can't see him coming back with "na, trump did nuthin!"..

Sometimes this "long time friend" thing creates the problem of the decision-maker bending over backwards to make sure there is no appearance of favoritism and the "friend" ends up getting burned just to make sure it all looks right.

Nixon was not burned by the Democrats. The Republicans turned on him. They supported him, and felt betrayed in their trust of him.

Mueller should recuse himself based on Comey's testimony alone.

The "special" prosecutor should go after the crimes that Comey laid out and also committed. It is the easy low hanging fruit except for the fact that the holdovers in the Obama Justice department will not lift a finger to do their jobs. they should all be fired for being inept.

IMO he shouldn't have been selected, let alone put in the spot CAUSE of that conflict of interest. BUT i fear like most DEMS< he has no moral backbone, so won't recuse himself.. ON his own that is.
