My disdain for government can symbolically be displayed in this YouTube video. Nothing more than the busy-body, petty-authoritarian bureaucracy at work. Keep in mind that the LEOs would have readily shot the man if he dared resisted their might; after all, every law is backed up by the threat of physical violence. Both the man's dignity and property were taken, and for what?

I spoke with three people at DelDot and they know nothing about this (their words) though one did say it rang a bell. I told them I didn't spend half of my adult life in the navy just have fascists running Delaware. I recommended that the woman, once identified, be fired for serving a bald faced lie to her boss (the taxpayer).
