YUP, you are right, I would venture to say it's kinda like how the Liberal Media/Democrat politicians are also pushing the premise that the Russians hacked someone (I'm still not sure who that someone is) so that Trump would win the election. There is only one reason they are doing it, that is to see if they can steal more electoral college votes one week from today, then they keep up the BS for 4/8 yrs . What I gathered is that in Democrat Detroit, they do not know how to count and as a result could not recount what they could not count the first time.
Number of ballots counted did not equal to the number of people that signed in to cast a ballot.

The south Texas dumbascraps have a reserve of " absentee " cemetery voters to draw from to stuff the ballot boxes and / or tilt any recount numbers to their favor. Mayor Daley wasn't "artful" about it ... he used "muscle"!

Daley got pissed because the Kennedy bunch couldn't count and kept calling him back for more votes ... there were only so many he could stuff before the boxes got locked.
