Awesome site, very little use in PHX

Hello All,

I have been hobbying with an increasing gusto for the last 6 years.
I started on Craig’s List, tried BP, then TER,
but I must say that this ECCIE site offers the most freedom to look,
share, and post whatever you want to say.
It also allows you to add pics and links to vids for your post or review.
Now how awesome is that!!

I had lived here in PHX for a long time,
but for the last 2 years I have been living in San Antonio where this ECCIE site is king.
There is a close sub-culture there in SA where the hobbyists and providers actively communicate
on this site and have that lively, charged, back and forth sexual banter.
There are even socials in SA (independent of this site) where the hobbyists and providers can meet,
have a drink, get to know each other, and make a date.
While the social is not officially sanctioned by this site,
the festivities are always reported on here (San Antonio venue).

I have recently moved back to PHX and am perplexed why this site
sees so little traffic here in this market.
I am surprised at the minimal intercourse (pun intended) of exchanged ideas.
It seems that most hobbyists migrate to TER, which
in my opinion, is a site that offers far less freedom of expression and no pics or videos.

I guess what I am asking is,
"How can we get this PHX site to be a more fun place?"


Does anyone else have any thoughts?

Rod, I'd love to see more of that banter here too, but look through almost all the other posts in this forum and you'll have at least part of your answer why that isn't so. Imagine being at a party and there's one person loudly insisting that you're all about to go to jail.

Also, I wonder if people in Texas really are generally friendlier? I lived outside of the great town of Austin for a while and as much as I like Arizona, that's the impression I have.

Yeah. The one guy always posting shit that none of us care to always have to read ruins a lot of it. If the mods would stick to keeping him in the alerts forum, there would be at least a little more appeal to post here.

Guys, before Dave was blasting his stuff (because nobody on the other board wants to hear it), there was nobody here.

BTW, the other board is very lame also. Just not as lame as here.

I check out the Dallas ECCIE board a lot, because I visit there regularly, and the mongers here are not interested in that sort of drama.
I know the ladies advertise on the other board and generally don't comment on most shit that is brought up because there is no advantage for them. There usually is some douche who starts a fight, so they leave it alone.

Hahaha, I haven't looked on here for months.

Yeah, I moved to Phoenix about 2 years ago from Texas and it was quite a culture shock. So I did what any other monger would do, adapt and join P411 so that I could continue the fun. This site is still very helpful and allows for some good fun.

True. But a few of the general interest forums on this site are much more interesting. I poke my head into the AZ section here to contribute when I can, and whenever I have a review to share. Trying to do my part!

I can never understand why ignorance is so bliss. I know far too many gals that wind up in prison or with records because they don't know what is legal or not.

Obviously guys could care less since 99% of the risk is the gals. That is who I am concerned about making aware of the legal issues and how to avoid them in Phoenix.

I use boards in addition to about 325 now on the PL since 1996.

I view this site as a top-of-the-line Cadillac,
but sadly, said vehicle always sits parked in the garage.
By contrast, the Texas forums are alive and rich with ladies and gents
not afraid to speak openly about the fun they like to have.
Yes, everything does seem bigger in Texas!

Certainly we must always be cautious,
because nobody wants to go to jail.
But I think that is the very reason for this site,
to be able to identify those safe havens of fun,
where the sub-culture of this alternate life-style can thrive.

And yes, there will always be that one guy,

In some forums they are called trolls.

Let us move to create a more active and open forum,
and not be afraid to have some fun!

I initially tried to rustle up more interests on these boards when I moved here from an area not too far from DFW. I was met with blowing tumbleweeds and silence. I would love to see greater interaction on this board, but I've pretty much given up and now lurk for the most part.

I've changed handles, and have been on this site since 2010. Chica Chaser knows who I am. Lol
