How to cancel … like a BOSS

Here’s one for the “how to handle your business” textbook …

I’d prearranged for an appointment with newcomer Dirty Blonde Bunny this morning, and when I texted her half an hour before for location, she had to cancel (she woke up feeling a bit ill, and given the crappy weather, that’s totally plausible).

But then … DBB gets back to me about ten minutes later and sets me up with an UTR friend of hers. And as a topper to this, she touches base with me after the session to check if everything went well.

Usually, getting cancelled on means shrugging it off and having to camp the short-notice thread or send out hail-Mary PMs to see if someone else can step in and save the day, which in my experience has been 50/50 and it’s usually a few hours later than I’d have liked. So I was very pleasantly surprised with the way DBB handled the situation.

Actually ... swap “very pleasantly surprised” for “totally fucking amazed” – that’s world-class service in any industry and well worth commenting to the community (hence this post) to praise and hold up as a model. Over-the-top TCB.
Oh, and if you’re curious about the UTR …

The provider she got to step in was the same type I expected DBB to be (race/hair/age/height/weight), same services, same price. I won’t post a review because she’s under the radar, but if I did it would be a solid “yes” with no reservations. She’s from out of town, mentioned she might move here – and if she does, I’ll definitely review/vouch and probably frequent.
