Cara- As previously reported she filed motion to dismiss saying only 1-day at Spa and had no idea anything illegal going on. State opposed stating that undercover's got prostitution deals with 4 gals in March and May 2016. They had control of the illegal enterprise since they had keys and could turn on the "open sign."
On 8/3/2016 Cara was present when they executed search warrant. Her bag with her ID in it also had a used condom wrapped in a plastic bag. Phone had text messages using her massage name "Charlie." Two other defendants had phone texts to owner Kimberly whose name was on lease saying that Cara was unable to muffle a customers orgasm during a hand job because she had her finger in his rectum.

Sandra took plea - class 5 felony: solicitation to commit illegal control of enterprise and sentenced to 2 years probation and usual fees and restrictions.
Laura also pled but a class 3 felony with sentencing 11/3.
Jennifer's settlement conference vacated and not yet reset.

Owner Xenia $3000 bond shows as not paid. Charged with pandering in addition to criminal enterprise felonies for rest.
On 10/14/2016 arrest warrants issued for Martha and Virginia who failed to appear at arraignment and bond increased to $5400.

Concepcion and Allexus
State moved to revoke release of Concepcion after posting $50,000 bail due to 9/18 arrest in Oregon for DWI, criminal driving and suspended license. Release was on condition he not leave Arizona and not commit any crime. Also has a DWI charge pending before prostitution related charges. Oral hearing to revoke release on 11/9.
Allexus - Sentencing on plea for pandering continued until 12/6
