You need to reread the article. He shot 2 men and was arrested. He was in jail from when he shot them till his release 49 days later. How was she supposed to get him out? He didn't have immunity. The treatment he received was not as harsh as gitmo detainees receive.

The article is full of "Ray thinks" and "Ray felt" and "Ray believes"

It sure isn't the same as multiple and independent sources making the same claim as the accused confirmed on tape.

Oh yeah, his "special court marshal" was denied and his regular court marshal starts Feb 2017. How convenient.

His special court martial is supposed to start then, if odummer doesn't preemptively pardon Bergdahl on odummer's last day in office as one last FU to the country and it's veterans.
