20% are non emergency, 10% are fire and medical, and 70% are for police.
So 168,000,000 911 Calls to the Po Po.
People shot and killed 990.
Chances of being shot and killed by calling the police 1 in 170,000.

24% of police involved shootings are of black men. 24% of crime is purpetrated by black men. Sounds just about right. Now, I have noticed that when the shooting is egregious like the South Carolina shooting about six months ago, the cop is charged and will probably be convicted. In some cases, the cop is overwhelmed. That doesn't mean that they are bad people or cops. It just means that this one time they may have made a less than perfect call which seems to be the standard agreed upon by the left and media.
