Default OMG THANKS TO ALL!!!!
I want to give a shout to several here. My Daughter lost her house last night to a fire due to lightening. It has been declared a total loss with both house and contents. I sent just a few text and it was unbelievable how the word got out and everyone was so helpful and accommodating with suggestions and research.

I went through the same thing years ago and so much has changed. Thank you all for the updated advice and all your kind words!!!!!

Yes, things are going well with all. If it would just dry up a bit so I could get their foundation for their new house poured we would be on the road to full recovery.
