Planning Summer Tour - Mississippi
Hi guys,
I am planning to do a little... okay, maybe a LOT of touring this summer and was looking at Mississippi as a fun place to visit.
Basically, what I am looking for is if these are good places to visit, if there is any interest from the wonderful men there in seeing me and what are good, safe places to stay in each location.
Feel free to either tack on a message here or PM me.

I'll start this off with a definitely interested ;-)
Biloxi and the surrounding areas are a good place to tour (Not just because that's were I am!): the casinos are safe and fair, and also offer activities. The beach is pretty good for laying out and just catching the ocean air, and there are several places to shop and unique restaurants to try. I think the hotels along the beachfront are slightly cheaper, but still safe. No matter what time you come, there will likely be some small festival going on somewhere along the coast celebrating the artistic culture or history.
Jackson is also another good place to visit and is a bigger city than the coast region. Maybe someone else can chime in on the things to do up there?

I certainly support a visit to the Coast, and I suspect the gentlemen in Hattiesburg, Jackson, Meridian, and northern MS would love to have you explore the rest of the state as well.
So, come on down, Pretty Lady.

Definitely swing through Jackson. Madison, Ridgeland, Pearl, and Flowood are safe places to stay. Stay out of Jackson. The suburbs are great, Jackson itself not so much.

There is a 99% chance I will have a new UTR friend of mine coming along with me on my road trip this summer. She is coming to visit me in SA next week to test the water. More details about her and dates as the time gets nearer.

Definitely planning to visit Biloxi. Jackson (Well, the suburbs of Jackson) and Meridian are rapidly moving up the list of other possible destination.
Hope to meet all of you soon.

Mississippi is a great place to visit -- good food and good people. However, like all places, be safe. Hope you enjoy your time here.
