What boogeyman scared you the most as a child? I was terrified of It. I refused to close my eyes in the shower for 10 years because I was so sure when I would open them I would see It coming through my drain lol. Let's just say it left me a distaste for creepy clowns.

When I was a kid there was a movie called "It's Alive" and the sequel, "It Lives Again" with little genetic demon babies that would kill everyone. A scene where one of them crawled up the end of a bed under the blanket while a guy slept and ripped him to shreds. I always tucked my sheets and blankets under my feet so no critter could crawl up and get me. The first time my cat did that I slept on the couch for weeks.





As an adult, Obama & Whispers are the only Boogymen that keeps me awake at night.

I had a niece that was at the crawling stage at the same time as It's Alive came out.

Mentioned to the SO and her sister that the neice looked just like the monster. They then looked at her and agreed, burst out laughing but still got pissed at me for mentioning it.
