There is a provider here that has 2 alerts for NCNS right now and she is on P411.
But she should be reported to Gina and see if Gina can explain to her what is an appointment and NCNS.

Well, all of us belly crawlers should know by now that without a physical address...you don't have an appointment. If you don't have an appointment, then you can't have a NC/NS.
