Is it just me, or is it a pretty common occurrence for the site to load slowly, or simply not load at all these days?

Happens to me, too. Mostly on my iPhone. Sometimes on my computer, too.

Happens to me early in the morning all the time. Yesterday it was most of the afternoon that it wouldn't load at all. I use an iPad, but every other site I went to worked fine.

It seems there have been some server issues lately.

Yesterday afternoon, especially.

Also, there must be some maintenance/service/back-up routines that run very early in the morning...when it can also bog down.

Happens to me all the time. I am on a laptop. Its funny because I usually open other tabs at the same time so I can browse other websites waiting for this one to load.

Is it a sign that there is not enough cash flow to increase server capacity to accommodate the flow; or, flow is accelerating faster than adding capacity. ?? How about Healthcare.gov. A billion in development and still can't handle flow.

I suspect that on early mornings they run backups and other utilities that slow the site down.
