Waco BP ad looks TGBT

Just did an in depth search for a provider ad on waco BP.

The picture belongs to a twitter profile used by someone in NC. There are many ads in cities across the country with a lot of different nubers. Also there is another ad posted by the same user but different pics and number. The giveaway to me is that the name of the photo is screenshot. If you know differently please let me know. Tje only thing is that none of the post dates I saw overlapped.
