Default CHIEFS WIN CHIEFS WIN!!!!!!!!!!

Chiefs just skinned the Jaguars 42-20! We now are 4-2 in the Division.

Bring on the goalposts oh wonderful and mighty Queen!

Chiefs Win. Can we go all the way to division title?

You beat me to it, Oenghus! The officials tried to award the game to Jacksonville with two more offensive pass interference plays that got called against the Chiefs' defense, but even that wasn't enough. The running game was great, Bowe had two terrific TD catches, and Dexter McCluster was everywhere. The defense held when it had to and got two interceptions. Overall this wasn't quite as complete a game as the San Francisco win, but it was darn close.

This is what the Chiefs have to learn to do if they're going to be a good team: beat the teams you're supposed to beat. Then try to score the occasional upset against teams you're not supposed to beat until there aren't any of them left.

I agree with sipapi...if you are a Missouri sports fan, you have to love this weekend. The thing that I saw that I really, really liked was the passion of our QB today. The fact that he had to be pulled away from a fistfight just made him 500% cooler in my book. I am telling you...this team is special...maybe not this year...but soon.

Another group of bad calls by the zebras, another Chiefs win at Arrowhead and another sunburned face - at least it is a Chief's color!

I love the fact the the cheifs win and the tigers win, but lets not get crazy, the cheifs are not great on the road and we do play 8 games on the road. I still say 8 and 8 or 9-7 and I will be happy with that. The Jags are not a great team so although I say enjoy the win, lets not let it cloud reality.

I'm with DD....any record better than 8-8 or 9-7 would be great, but I wouldn't count on it. Next year.....well...that's another story!!

I originally picked the Chiefs to go 7-9 with the help of their schedule. The next 6 games provide the Chiefs with the opportunity to finish with a winning record and a division championship. The wild cards will certainly come from the other 3 AFC divisions.

They are currently playing very efficiently (a sign of good coaching and team play), placing in the top 10 both in offensive points per game and defensive points per game. The rank better on both Off and Def in points per game than yards per game, highlighting again the current efficiency of their play. They have minimalized their penalties so far with some recent penalties even being wtf calls. They are +4 in turnovers ranking them highly and with only 3 interceptions and 1 fumble, which ties them with the Jets for the fewest turnovers.

The Chiefs are making more than 2 touchdowns for every field goal made. This could be partially attributed to going for it on 4th down instead of settling for a field goal. Success here equally benefits from few turnovers, a great running game, and outstanding play-calling by Charlie Weiss. Yes, the talent of the offensive line has improved but their rags to riches story owes a lot to the addition of Jones and McCluster to Charles and the way that the ex-Fighting Irish coach is using these weapons. Chiefs, please get Weiss a deep threat WR this off-season to go with Moeaki and Bowe and McCluster.

I think they are doing fine. There have been some REALLY good games. They're growing and learning as a team and even though we lost to the Texans, it was still enjoyable to watch and we ALMOST won. I'm thinking we will only get better as the season wears on and I'll be watching ALL the games and DVRing the ones I have to miss. I'm an optimist and I am backing our team the entire season. Go Chiefs!

Statistically, most teams would be better off overall if they didn't carry a punter on their roster and always went for it on fourth down. This according to Football Outsiders, the gods of NFL statistical analysis.

Im so glad Im not a cowboys fan!!!! After having to hear their crap last year I can finally tell them to shove it where the sun dont shine!!!!

Our chiefs did well Sunday.. A few bad calls but they showed them who we are... 3-0 at home.. the fans help. I will say this, after the raiders game on sunday week 9 looks like it will be a good game. The raiders are not good but with us having to play out there if they play well we might have a close game. the raiders D is good. but our D is better it will all come down to who's O is better! The bills have been lookin for a win and I bet they will come in tryin to get it but with our crowd it will be hard... I cant wait till sunday! With thomas Jones. Charles and Mccluster back there there isnt many teams that can stop that run. WOW!!!!!
