My experience is limited to a single doubles session. In that instance, condoms were always swapped out between ladies. The way it was done, however, was very organic and didn't distract from the experience. I.E. pull out, condom off, BJ for a bit, new condom on, back in business. No real interruption of the flow, and kept the streams from crossing as it were.

The ladies in question had known each other for a while and had done doubles together several times before, so that probably contributed. I'm sure a good rhythm can develop with a bit of experience, so finding a couple of providers that are comfortable with each other is probably a plus. The construction workers downstairs who would stop their work whenever we got noisy made for an entertaining distraction too.

Haha I've heard many people complain about the possibilities of this happening. I can only go off the experience I had, but the one double I had recently was so well executed, this wasn't even an after thought. In between condom switches, they'd double bj and put on a new one so fast, it was like a NASCAR pit crew. I can see how someone might worry about the interruption in between, but with the right duo, you'll be so mindf*&ked you won't notice.

Exactly. STD's are in vaginal/seminal fluids...why would they use the same condom?
