Well I can happily say that I have been lucky enough to avoid the scheduling dilemma and enjoyed such a situation myself here in KC. I found it to be simple enough really. I let the guys find a suitable night that worked for all of them and then they contacted me a week in advance so as not to run into any conflicts I might have on my end.

The result was a very fun and enjoyable night for all involved.
