voting turnout of the voting age populace in a state like texas was 7% less than the rate in california

looking at voting turnout in California, dimocrat registered voters voted at a 7.6% higher turnout rate than republican registered voters. If republicans had voted at the same rate dimocrats did in california, then trump would have received at least 586,000 more votes in California than he did (maybe more depending on the "independents"). why did republican turnout lag? probably due to the fact their vote in California was meaningless

and while that doesn't make up the voting total difference, stay at home eligible voters would have to be analyzed state by state to provide any sort of basis to a claim that more americans wanted another run of dimocrat lunacy

since it wasnt an election based on raw vote totals those beleaguered republican voters in California took a pass, little did they realize dimocrats and their media allies will proffer any fallacious argument to try to delegitimize trump

all the while valid polling data revealed the majority of americans thought America was on the wrong track under obama

now that provides more support for the conclusion raw vote totals are not anywhere close to absolute proof that more americans wanted dimocrats to win than some voting edge hellary received
