There is some ambiguity in this post. It would be interesting

* To verify that her return call was indeed voice and not text

* If it was voice to explain how he could be certain it was her and not someone else

* To clarify if "the best decision" she referred to was running ads with her face, or running ads with her real world name, or both, and whether she made it explicit as to which

* To know if the "had more to do with her parents' actions" part is something she literally said, or if that is an inference, hunch, etc.

It would be reckless and stupid to put this into the charging document if it wasn't said, especially when they claim to have a recording.

I'd like to remind folks that my position is somewhere between Tony Gambino and SteveOTX.

* I believe *the evidence shows* that !VI! and eevee were outed by their pimp *after* they left him. This includes the posting of ads with both of their real life names, the posting of X rated videos with !VI!'s real name as a form of "revenge porn," and random blog postings supposedly inviting readers to rape !VI!. All of these happened *after* the break up, and were made by the pimp.

* I believe *the evidence shows* prior to their breakups the pimp managed text messages setting up dates, made posts on ECCIE under various handles promoting them as providers, monitored dates by phone in real time or via video recordings later, and so on.

* Less certain is the degree to which the providers made their own ECCIE posts prior to the break ups. The pimp's ease of taking over their accounts after the break up would imply he had access before the break up. The interests, language, references, and confrontational tone, not to mention the controlling nature of the pimp, make me suspect the pimp made many, or perhaps all, posts under the providers names.

* Less certain is the degree to which the providers were forced, if at all, into the business by the pimp. *In general* a pimp/provider relationship is often a mixture of actual caring, seduction, coercion, overt threats, and pure violence. Then, over time, they became less and less willing. In response the pimp stepped up control from coercion, to threats, to violence. So it may be the case that !VI! was "happy" as a provider at one time, and subjected to violence at another. I doubt she was forced by violence from the very start. But this is *not* established by the available facts, nor is any other theory of their motivation.

No need to get angry. I'm just trying to clarify things. I'm certainly not attacking you or accusing you of lying or some such. Your information is very interesting.

So in the above what you seem to be describing is what she said *after* she started showing her face in ads but *before* her real life information was posted (x rated videos with real name, real name in ECCIE posts, etc.)

If this is true, then it is still possible she was outed by her pimp and all she explained to you was why she was showing her face in her ads.

Do you recall the approximate date you spoke with her? That would really help nail down the *useful* information you are offering relative to the time line.

I am not insisting she is innocent. Please see my post above explaining how my view is somewhere in between yours and SteveOTX. They are both probably guilty of their own something in this debacle.
