Kind of a misnomer... while Republicans are publicly against escorts, sex workers, etc... so are most Democrats who hold office. Lets not forget that one of the top contenders for the VP nod is one of the main people behind the demise of Backpage....

Yes, 98 Senators voted for FOSTA. One Republican and one Democrat voted against it. I think prostitution should be decriminalized.

Oh, I didn't like him encouraging further spending money when we were (at the time) $21 Trillion in debt. I voted for him in 2016 on the premise there would be way more cuts in the federal budget, especially on entitlement spending. The exact opposite happened, even before COVID-19 hit...and now we have had a taste of "universal income" with that stimulus check for all. Overall, still no addressing on the ballooning debt we will soon only be able to barely service, so I'm always looking for the real cuts that never seem to come.

Tale as old as time-- the things you are most loudly railing against as a politician.. are generally the things you're guilty of. I mean-- how many anti-gay politicians have been found in the mens room doing questionable things.... how many anti-prostitution politicians have been caught in dalliances with everything from high end call girls to street walkers? How many anti-drug politicians have been caught in raids?
The guilty often doth protesteth too much.

Yes, but it isn't an absolute rule. Many anti-drug politicians are earnest and sincere, and rue the carnage of the drug trade and do not partake.
Others sincerly push their beliefs and live up to them, though I do not understand how anyone could be opposed to prostituion when both parties freely engage in commercial sex transactions.

Why take a vow when one knows it will be broken anyway?
He ridicules folks with impunity. It seems the mods have given him a green light.

That is NOT what I said. I said the act of filling the position of judge is a task that falls to every POTUS and is not an accomplishment. A POTUS will obviously try to put judges in place that reflect their either Conservative or Liberal views.
If you are Conservative than the fact that Trump has appointed primarily Conservative judges is an accomplishment. Merely naming a judge is not an accomplishment.

And...Hillary was not president.

I give Trump credit for escalating the war in Iraq and defeating Al Qaeda faster than others would have. In the end I believe it will be a waste of lives and money since Iraq will return to its old ways very quickly once we leave.
Trump's negotiations with the Taliban will also end up being a waste of time. As soon as we leave, the Taliban takes over and the "good old days" return.
I don't remember Obama/Biden saying any type of jobs were gone. Trump gave companies a tremendous tax break, one he said would pay for itself but has increased the deficit by $1 trillion. Yes, jobs were created that helped all people. The unemployment rate came down 1% in 3+ years.
I continue to say that if you are looking for the candidate that will do more for the economy, Trump is your man. Yes, Trump did away with many regulations, all of which were in place for a reason. Many were in place to protect the environment, something Trump does not believe in. Trump still gets positive ratings on his handling of the economy. He trails Biden in every other aspect of his job.
